However, the velvet on the antlers and the lush green growth indicate that these photos were taken in the spring/early summer. I'm not sure just what the situation was here. Awesome animal though. Have you ever heard of a moose attacking a human? gone8to1248 I work in the bush and have been shown the way out by a ticked off cow before no control on that situation just run from tree to tree dodging the old lady till we got to the truck and still she was persistant on getting us out of the area,It was spring time so I figure there was a new calf nearby. Three weeks ago in N.Quebec where I'm working now our forester was chased out of the cut by two wolves quite a sight to see the short fat guys legs goin so fast.
