Importing Boats From the US

I know someone already posted something like this earlier but I couldn't find it with the search.

When you import a boat from the US, does the boat, motor and trailer all have to have the safety inspection at Canadian Tire, or is it just the trailer?

Also, what site do you guys use the most for looking for boats in the US?
