Got these pics off my camera and I can't quite make out what is going on. Any suggestions from the veterans :) Could it be that they are starting to breed? or just practiceing/playing :)

They are allmost ready to breed. Cattle do the same thing. Try looking for a small trail just down wind, from the prevailing wind, from where these does travel/bed. There should be a buck keeping tabs on them.

it could be an older doe showing dominance over younger ones. I have seen does get up on their hind legs and try to club each other with their hooves during the rut.
