gsambray 172 Report post Posted January 26, 2011 what happens if you hutn bear but dont submit the questionaire? i always have but been told that there isnt a penalty. if anything i figure it helps out for the amount of tags but a hunting partner in my group hasnt handed in there bear survey in a few years and hasnt been able to be successful in the moose draw. is that why or just a coincidence? Guest MNR Report post Posted January 28, 2011 Failure to submit the mandatory report is a violation of the conditions of your bear hunting licence. The prescribed fine is $205 plus 20% Victim Fine Surcharge. Failure to submit a completed bear hunt report has no bearing on eligibility for moose validation tags. FWCA Sec 62(5).
