    Dryden area - Laker lakes

    I am working up in Dryden this week and it looks like we have some time on our hands this thursday. Can anyone suggest any lakes that are accessible by truck/foot where we could fish offshore for some early shallow lakers? Or any suggestions on lodges where we could rent a boat for the day to fish lakers? I called one place near Wabigoon but they didn't have any of their boats/motors ready to use. We may head up to Sioux Lookout, as I fished Big Vermillion years ago this time of year. Any help would be appreciated...need to get out fishing! Should of pulled my boat up here...but already got the trailer here instead. Thx Jay
