Guest Cory Report post Posted November 14, 2011 I think November might be a little early this year. Unless your teachings have included the skill of walking on water.

Pro fisherman-Stud Muffin 420 Report post Posted November 15, 2011 drove atv through a big pond on weekend, almost 2 inches of solid ice , front tires were climbing and breaking ice as i followed trail, most bodies of water had snow on them, so 2 weeks may do it , i was up dorion cutoff, a lot colder with 1000 ft of elevation change, i think tease lake will freeze before whitefish Quote 2016 Dog Lake Open Champion. filletandrelease 17 Report post Posted November 16, 2011 A few years ago I was on whitefish on nov 5th. I'm sure someone will be out before dec hits. My guess is the 28th for a "safe" 3 - 4 inches, maybe a fishable 1.5" by the 25th if you stay within a few feet of shore.
