Snowball 75 Report post Posted December 9, 2011 I usually get my Mortons Tender Quick at Maltese Grocery on Algoma St. at Pearl St.The last time I needed it, Maltese were out of it so they told me to go to Safeways. Casings, never bought any but try Maltese, if they don't have them ,I am sure they will point you in the right direction.What are you making? JustMe 5 Report post Posted December 9, 2011 I go to Maltese , talk to the guys in the back they will set you up with casings , tell them what kind of sausage you are making and they will mix you up the correct amount of spices , they will even grind the pork for you and give you a few tips on sausage making .
