mmgg 26 Report post Posted March 1, 2012 If I use it once a year,,trailer it,, to crown land and use it on trails off road,, does need to be registered and insured?I see it applies to 4 wheels with handle bars.,,but an agro is slow moving and operated by skid steer. Guest MNR Report post Posted March 2, 2012 Argos and side by sides are considered off road vehicles under the Off Road Vehicle Act and require plates and insurance and helmets (under the "Off Road Vehicle Act" & "Operation of Off Road Vehicles on Highways Regulation" of the "Highway Traffic Act") anywhere they are being operated other than the onwers private property.
