** People often ask me why I like hunting and fishing so much... I tell them that those are the only places where my mind doesn't think.... You should really try it sometime! **

hahaha.... oh trust me im dieing to get out and try a drift as as bad or worse than the next guy. Still stretching it a bit tho, the warm weather stuff moving thats for sure, but most rivers are still pretty full of ice, and that waters cold!! A nice warm rain should would get things rolling fast now!.

I'll still be taking the long way home just to have a look and see at my spot.... just gotta know for sure haha

I haven't fish steelhead in a few years. Anything new? Yarn flies, plastic salmon eggs.........

I have a $400.00 Sage just sitting gathering dust.

Kind of miss the spring on the stream. Love the partridge drumming!!!

FISH ON!!!!!

20 years ago we had Johnny Cash, Bob Hope and Steve Jobs. Now we have no Cash, no Hope and no Jobs. Please God, don't take Kevin Bacon.

If you are fishing the McIntyre or Neebing rivers, don't forget about the 69cm minimum size restriction. If it's under that size the fish must be immediately released unharmed.

I am getting a little to excited ha. But here is my conditions. Mckenzie river mouth is good ritenow, thunder bays local rivers are flowing pretty good rite now, I hope to go to the wolf and coldwater saturday/sunday so ill let people know how the rivers up in dorion/nipigon areas look. I hope due to our crazy mild weather, the steel run not only starts early, but will have good number and not be affected by the odd weather. ??

Anyone wanting to talk trout, or just willing to lend some advice, i would appreciate really any help.

message/PM me - John. S
