Penny Lake Road 49 40 23.85"N 89 09 29.45"W EL 327m

Penny Lake is a short distance up the road from Kab Lake on hwy #527 and it's about 8kms in see photo of landing on Google Earth courtesy of Panoramio & Sam Shonias.

There is a nice boat launch and good gravel road going into this walleye/pike lake and from what I've heard smallmouth bass as well?...

Good luck fishing! Cheers; :fishing:

Penny is a little bit too far for me (4 hours). I was thinking of going to Lower Shebandowan tomorrow for some bass fishing but I've never been before. Can anyone tell me if I can toss my boat in here, or if there's a better place?

Been to Mawn a few times this year. It wasn't very impressive to say the least. Caught a few 13" but thats about it. Nowhere near as good as it used to be
