Starting a deer plot

I'm looking to start a deer plot from the ground up (pardon the pun) for this spring. I have a couple acres that was once horse pasture and it's since grown in with willows and tag alders along with some spruce and pine. The biggest trees being 6"-8" in diameter but not a lot of them. Mostly willows and scrub brush.

I have a water source close by and good bedding in the area for the deer. Now my thought was to hire a dozer/operator to clear this land and go from there. I have the ATV with attachments to work the land.

Anyone know anyone who might know a dozer operator?
