Pro fisherman-Stud Muffin

Uncle has one. Great for trails and such. Carry 2 dudes no problem. Won't go very far off trail in deep snow. Zero mechanical issues except coil went. Plenty of go for a fanner. Tough chassis. Great Windshield for wind

I have a 2000 mxz (zx chassis) with a 500 rotax liquid cooled, 11000 or so kms on the original engine and original top end, have only had to rebuild the clutches once. These sleds have been known to have weak stators, mine has never failed but the output is low when at idle which causes dim lights and tach not to work when hand and thumb warmers are on. Check the rubber carb boots to make sure they arent cracked. Also the exhaust systems like to rot out from underneath the heat shield and insulation - if there is lots of red dust coming from under the shields chances are there is a good amount of rust under there. If the sled hasnt been trailered lots the rust probably wont be an issue. Otherwise I cant think of any real issues other than regular wear and tear.
