I will be in ... I asked Gary about it a few weeks ago. I enjoyed it last year, and I appreciated that Gary and Roger kept the rules simple, fair, and enforced them.

p.s. Planning on winning it this year. ;)

Looking forward to this one!

Last year Roger did it with a bump board and Imperial measurements. That was great, no fiddling with a scale.

This year could you do it in metric and mm?  155mm sounds a lot bigger than 6 and a quarter inches!

Lets hope the weather is nice and the perch are hungry!

Good Luck to all who attend!

Definitely looking forward to this! Do we have to register before or just show up? And how do we secure a ride on the sled out if we need one? Thanks

Kids are actually encouraged to go!!

Just show up and pay the fee at the central weigh in hut.

You can speak with Gary from Hamilton Baits if you need a ride out. He will be shuttling people out on the event day.

Oh man, the weather forecast looks fantastic.

Sure wish I could go, but we got tickets for the Jets and Bruins in Winnipeg that Thursday and will be staying until Saturday.

Good luck to all entrants, and hopefully there are some jumbos left for Sunday.

Gunna be nice to fish them holes the next day..... no drilling.  Lol

Since we can not call female anglers "fisherman" We should just call 'em hookers.....

A few questions:

What time do you suggest we get there for a ride out? 8:30/9 ish?

Is there bait there to purchase that day or should we bring some?

And what time do rides back usually happen at? Obviously depending on weighing time and prizes but an approximation
