Kory 8 Report post Posted June 24, 2019 Does anyone know where I can get a good detailed map of crown land. I went to the mnr and they said they didn’t have any to show me witch I find extreamly hard to believe I’ve seen a few in the stores but nothing really detailed to show me exactally where I can and cannot hunt
2112 174 Report post Posted June 24, 2019 Theres definitely maps out there. I wonder of Lakehead has a map library? Brock had a very detailed catalogue of maps for that area, maybe Lakehead has something similar? I think there may be a website you can order some from but I recall them being expensive when I looked into them 10 or so years ago.

redotter 25 Report post Posted June 25, 2019 Check out Ontario Make a Topographic Map. You even have satellite maps available and when you zoom in close enough private land shows up. Load it up and play with it you can print custom labelled maps. https://www.gisapplication.lrc.gov.on.ca/matm/Index.html?site=Make_A_Topographic_Map&viewer=MATM&locale=en-US
Ti-mess 1 Report post Posted September 16, 2019 I like to use this atlas. It provides a lot of info on crown lands across Ontario. https://www.gisapplication.lrc.gov.on.ca/CLUPA/Index.html?site=CLUPA&viewer=CLUPA&locale=en-US
