frenchman 5 Report post Posted March 15, 2020 Anybody have any suggestion for tiller boats deep v with atleast a 60hp. Had a look at the rebel xl 1650, nice boat but also looking at an Alumacraft Voyageur 175 with a 70hp on the back. I usually fish with 2 or 3 in the boat sometimes walleye fish with wife and 2 kids. JohnZ 66 Report post Posted March 17, 2020 Either the Lunds or alumacraft would be an excellent choice.
Sageboy 9 Report post Posted March 17, 2020 I had a 16' Alumacraft Competitor with a 60 h.p Johnson tiller. The boat was great but the motor not so much. I currently have a 16' Lund Pro Angler with a 70 h.p. Suzuki tiller and both are excellent.
frenchman 5 Report post Posted May 19, 2020 Thanks for the info, I ended up going with the 1675 adventure tiller with 60 Honda on the back. It’s now this years pro guide, so far really happy with it, now to hit the fishing hard!
