James01 223 Report post Posted April 10, 2022 Time to start tying roe bags … I enjoy it at first, but it gets a little monotonous - dull - tedious after a while. Twallace 0 Report post Posted April 11, 2022 Hey all, I'm new to Tbay area, fished lots around Timmins and Red Lake. Only salmon experience is back in Cape Breton. I've gone for smelts south of Timmins. Pulled a couple lakers out of hard water. So not completely an idiot, but feel like a fish out of water myself in this area. Anyone out there feel like showing me the ropes around here?

If you’re thinking about steelhead fishing in the city try neebing McIntyre and McVicars all get a good run of fish just need more melt and a bit of rain would help lol 🤙

I've had a heck of a time trying to Google where it is. My plan was to just read up as much as possible and pay attention to this forum, but as soon as I read yarn and roe bags I realized I might be in over my head for trying to be self- taught. eyelander 164 Report post Posted April 12, 2022 McVicars crosses Cumberland St. right near the bottom end of River Street. Most people net just down near the mouth which is only a 100 yards away. If you own fly tying equipment, tying yarn is easy. 1 Quote Prior Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance
