AddieH 6 Report post Posted April 17, 2022 Went out yesterday to Arrow for lakers and a speck lake close by. Both buried the auger and extension needed. Crazy. Ice is no closer to popping than it was 3 weeks ago. Fishing is still good so if weather stays as is, I’ll be fishing lakers until early May. I put my gear away - I guess it doesn't take much effort to throw a few tube jigs together and grab a rod and auger. poz 35 Report post Posted April 20, 2022 So went out to greenwater yesterday. Great day. No slush lake was flat still at least 3’ ice. From what I could tell we were the only people on the lake. Trails are in mid winter form not a bare patch on them. Hate that it is still winter but may as well enjoy what we have. Great with the extended trout season this year.
