Removing black stain from seats

I think I saw it here before, but can't find it.  Has anyone had good results with removing the black stain from white vinyl seats.  I have a 2005 Princecraft and the tops of the seat backs have a black stain in them.  I don't know what to use to clean them without damaging the vinyl.

Try a magic eraser, what also might work is black streak awning cleaner
