masonciddio 0 Report post Posted July 4, 2023 I’m wondering where I can catch fish off shore this time of year, preferably not too far from town?
Bobber Down 921 Report post Posted July 4, 2023 Try off the docks at the mouth of the Current River. Fishog 215 Report post Posted July 4, 2023 Like Bobber Down mentioned any of the boat landings in town will produce fish. People fish of the shore at Silver Harbor also which is not to far from town. One of the spots that gets a lot of people fishing on the weekends is just before the Stanely Hotel. Spot to park and stairs to get down to the river. Nice spot to spend the afternoon. TerJr 12 Report post Posted July 4, 2023 I have fished both the docks at Current River, and the spot on the Kam several times with no luck. I keep trying them, but have been meaning to head down to the Mountdale boat launch some time.
