areas to hunt small game in thunder bay

hello newfie here ,i would to know where i could take my grand-son hunting. i live in southern ont. and i visit him several times a year . he has asked me "when i visit again " if we could go hunting rabbits or something . but since i don't live there finding areas to hunt would be hard to do . i will be in tunder bay for 2 weeks at christmas and would like to go then . so if there is ifno anyone can give me it would be great

Check out the crimestoppers maps. It marks private property and crown land. Should be able to pick out a few areas using them.

or you can just drive up spruce river road towards armstrong and take any side road past compressor station road and you'll be ok. Pace lake road is doin well for grouse this yr, it's about 35 mins up on the left past the gas station
