Mr. Canoehead

Actually, I believe it's easier to get in through Adrien Lake Rd. I went camping there this winter, and caught a few nice splake, but only on one day. I went back another time and got skunked, but someone else caught one. Someone told me that it can be really hit and miss there. They said they were out in a canoe one summer and could see hundreds of fish swimming beneath them, but would not bite. It's a beautiful spot, I'll be going back there this summer for sure.

The way through Mokomon is still in pretty good condition...it's a pretty tight to drive right up to the lake, bring a chainsaw. Ice fishing was pretty good this year. Only went twice, though.
