Guest Nick C Report post Posted November 7, 2008 Well. I used a round steak and cut it into strips, marinated it for 24 and put it in the oven for 10-14 hours. I just Had some and it is by far the best tasting jerkey i have made It is nice and tough and has great flavor to it...but, I would like to know how to best store it so that it keeps And doesn't go soggy or something like that in the fridge Nick C Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
