Guest crispy Report post Posted December 14, 2008 Hello all, I was turned on to ice fishing last winter. Did really well with whitefish and herring and caught a nice 8lb laker through the ice(first one of my life) I am a shift worker and my fishing buddies are on opposite shifts from me and I don't nearly get out as much as I would like. Haven't been out yet this winter. If anyone would like a tag along, I would love to learn fishing walleyes through the ice. I bought a sled this past spring strictly for ice fishing, I have my own sled trailer(toboggan), so I'm self sufficient, just not sure where to go. thanks Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
