Guest MNR Report post Posted December 15, 2010 No when you turn 65 you don't need to buy a fishing licence and therefore don't need an Outdoors Card if you don't intend on hunting. You must be able to provide proof of your age to a Conservation Officer when asked however. A drivers licence or health card will suffice. You are allowed to take a sport fishing limit (as a apposed to a Conservation Limit) and must obey seasons and all the other fishing regulations.
