I think it would be a mistake if the MNR made a rule when everyone had to have their shacks off. Enough is enough, we have enough rules to follow. Just inforce the fine if someone's truck or shack goes through I guess. You can't tell someone how to behave 100%, its not welcomed- especially in our hobbies (even if you suggest its always for their safety). As for "Lake Officals" ? Sounds like the old "boys club" at a golf course or something haha.

Why would you want the MNR to enforce a rule stating everyone had to take their shacks off early just because you do? How would that benefit you in any way?

I'm sure the term "lake officials" was but on gary by the news crew. You know it was a slow news day when that is a top story done by people who have no idea what they are talking about.
